One of my bestest buds is having her first baby.
A bouncing, beautiful baby boy ~ hurrah!
The little ankle biter is set to make his debut this summer & I couldn’t be more excited.
I all ready love little Bashir El Faukhoury. Pronounced buh-sheer-el-fah-who-ree with an “r” tongue roll on sheer & the ree. Got that? 
Bashir means “well educated & wise,” which is absolutely perfect if you knew his Mama -smart as a whip, that woman.
I have loved having my sisters and best friends love my children and it’s been equally wonderful to fall in love with all their kids: Gregory, Chad, Alyssa, Bryce, James, Jacob, Jazmiyne, Chiren, Addison, Reuben, Sarai, Lucas, Zoe, Kennedy & more!
I was even able to be present for the birth of Reuben Fick, which was an amazing experience.
Isn’t it awesome to welcome new people into the world in the form of tiny helpless babes? Any babies any of you are excited about meeting soon?
I just can’t wait to meet my little Bashir!

My friend is becoming a grandma for the first time in June. She adopted three children so she is living through this pregnancy with her daughter. I am so excited for her!
